An Online Application is available for prospective students.  Once the completed online application is reviewed you will be contacted by our school office regarding your family interview and entrance testing.

Can we reserve a space for our child by applying early?
Online Applications for 2020-21 will be reviewed beginning February 4, 2020.  Any applications received prior to February 4th will not be reviewed until that time.  It is in the applicant’s best interest to submit the completed application and supplemental materials as quickly as possible in order to complete the entrance testing and family interview in a timely manner.

What are the school hours?
Our school day begins at 8:00am and ends at 3:20pm.  We highly encourage students to arrive by 7:45am in order to get organized and ready for the day.  Attendance is taken at 8:00am when the bell rings and students are expected to be seated and ready to start the school day at that time.

What does it mean that Epiphany is Accredited?
Epiphany is accredited through the National Lutheran School Accreditation (NLSA) commission. NLSA serves as the accrediting body for Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod schools across the United States and the world. NLSA has been accrediting schools in the LCMS since 1978, and accreditation decisions have always been based upon a school’s compliance with national standards for Lutheran schools that reflect the essential qualities that are expected of Lutheran schools. The purpose of an NLSA self-study is to evaluate the actual conditions in place that are related to essential indicators of school quality. These are evaluated and measured in seven specific standard areas. In order to become accredited in good standing with NLSA, a school must comply fully with 30 required indicators of success. Additionally, the school must evaluate itself on a scale of 1-4 (4 being the highest rating) using a variety of general indicators that quantify how it complies with standards in each accreditation area. Ratings are established by the school based upon evidence and practices that are in place at the time of the self-study. Ratings allow a school to identify and celebrate unique strengths and address concerns that need corrective actions. For more information about the accreditation process, please visit NLSA.

What else sets Epiphany apart?
We love to encourage our older students to mentor our younger students.  You will see these interactions weekly as students attend chapel with their Chapel Buddies.  On various occasions throughout the school year, elementary teachers will have their chapel buddies come into the class to pair up and read together.

Our students are given the opportunity to take ownership of their education through Student-led Parent, Teacher Conferences.  This allows them to become assertive leaders in their own education.  The student runs the conferences, informing their parents how they're doing, what their goals are going forward, and what kind of learners they are. This empowers the student to reflect on their work and take responsibility for their effort in school.  Epiphany is proud of the education we offer to our students.

What our families Are Saying

"Faith, character and values are of utmost importance in our home. Epiphany Lutheran School has provided invaluable teachings for my children in this area. The teachers have always provided positive, open communication and dialog so you truly feel like you are working together in "raising" your children. We love the family environment, culture and camaraderie the students have with each other. It is truly a blessing to be a part of this school community." Great Schools reviewer

"Awesome school! My son is in 8th grade and I have seen him grow socially and his work ethic is 100% improved. This class sizes are small which means greater 1-1 attention. I wish I would have sent him earlier. I highly recommend Epiphany!" Great Schools reviewer
