Our HistoryEpiphany Lutheran School began in the fall of 2002 with ten children enrolled in kindergarten. This challenging ministry was made possible in part by our strong Early Childhood Development program established in 1985 and the vision of several members who realized the need for Christian education and the opportunity for expansion in our area. The congregation called Mrs. Linda Wimberley to be our School Director and Kindergarten teacher.
In 2011, Epiphany relocated to a new campus offering state of the art classrooms including interactive whiteboards, wireless internet, and a mobile computer lab. In 2012, Epiphany called Mr. Tim Miesner to fill the role of Principal, with Mrs. Wimberley fulfilling the role of Director of Admissions. In 2014, Epiphany became accredited by the National Lutheran School Accreditation Commission, which is recognized by the Texas Education Association. In 2019, Mr. Tim Miesner retired and Epiphany Lutheran Church called Mr. Jonathan Fraker to be the new school Principal. The school has grown up through eighth grade with the current enrollment at over 120 students. |
