Prospective Students
We are excited you are considering Epiphany Lutheran School and we cannot wait to get you started in the admissions process. In short, we invite you to schedule a personal tour of our campus during which you will receive all the materials necessary to enroll your child. We are happy to answer any questions that you may have at any time during the process. Thank you for investing this time in your child's future at ELS! The following items are needed to complete the application process:
· Application
· Entrance Exam, if applicable
· Copy of most recent report card. An unofficial transcript covering previous school academics, including mid-year transfer students.
· Complete immunization records (State law requires that the school have a complete and accurate record of a student’s immunization history, including all
doses.) All students need a DT Booster 10 years after their last booster shot.
· Copy of student’s Birth Certificate (for student’s permanent record)
· Teacher Recommendation forms
· Request for Release of Student Records
· Interview of the student and his/her parents may be required
Epiphany Lutheran School welcomes applications from any student desiring a Christ-centered, challenging, academic program. Every student must submit a completed, signed application and the application fee must be paid. All required documents must be received prior to acceptance. Epiphany Lutheran School admits students of any race, color, national, or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
