We Are Excited to Meet You!
On behalf of our faculty and staff, we would like to welcome you to our admissions process at Epiphany Lutheran School. We are delighted that you are considering our program for your family. We have designed our admissions process to make applying as simple as possible. Here is what to expect:
Visit
Schedule Your Visit This is your opportunity to see Epiphany in action, meet with an administrator, and ask questions. A member of our admissions team will be in contact with you to schedule your visit.
Apply
After your visit, you may be invited by email to fill out an application. You will need the following documents to submit with your application:
Birth Certificate
Up-to-date immunization records or appropriate affidavit
Most recent Progress Reports/Report Cards
Academic Testing
Benchmark Testing/ Shadow Day
After your application is received and reviewed, we will schedule a benchmark testing or “Shadow Day” in your child’s current grade level. During the Shadow Day, your child will also complete benchmark testing with our Support Services team. For students entering Kindergarten, we will schedule a screening time.
Next Steps
Once all steps have been completed, our admissions team will carefully review all information. Our admissions team will contact you in regards to the status of your application.
